Some commentator above you seems to be unaware that Seyi Makinde is a sitting, Executive Governor of a State!

What is a 'boy-boy' Minister, compared to an Executive State Governor, that the occupier of State House will be Angry for not being made a Minister or can anyone occupy both Posts simultaneously?

Moreover, by the Nigerian Constitution, every State has to nominate a Minister, to the Federal Cabinet.
If Oyo State's Nominee by th Governor was rejected by the President, that is not Seyi Makinde's Fault, it just reflects on the Anti Democratic behavior of APC and its Leader.
