In the latest Tennis match battle of the sexes

Sabalenka women number 1 player Kyrgios Men number 600 who has been injured for the better part of the last 2 yrs

Sabalenka used the smaller side of the court,
Yet she lost in straight sets
Apart from the injury that derailed Nick, he's a top 20 player in his prime. There's no way Sabalenka or any other female for that matter is beating him.

Very glaring that AJ's vehicle was on a very high speed.

Whether na Nigeria or not, the speed was too much.

May God comfort the families of those who died
Even the creator of call of duty that died few days back was driving on high speed.

This was a rubbish idea in the first place created for monetary purposes. Only a few expected Saba to win
If Nick had worn a skirt and identified as a woman. He could be a world champion now

I just hope Anthony Joshua doesn't have internal bleeding as a result of the incident. The impact that left 2 people dead must have been really massive

https://x.com/chukserice/status/2005618415667728825?s=46[/quote]Kai Nigeria is a dangerous place. High speed car accident victim is placed in the front passenger seat of a car to take him to hospital.

No proper emergency services in sight.

I hope he gets the proper emergency care immediately and has no longterm or critical injuries. RIP to the dead.

Exactly. It's no different from Diogo Jota's freak fatal accident.

When one drives at high speed anywhere in the world, any sudden impact can lead to loss of lives.
nA wa. Driving at high speed on that not very good road, it’s just so unfortunate the other two lost their lives just like that, few days to end year.. hopefully Joshua is okay
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Bluelines69: 4:27pm On Dec 29, 2025

its all fun and games as a tourist , abroadian or returnee until you are in an emergency. then you will know the real meaning of a third world country.

one time a ceos brother had a heart attack in a remote part of lagos. and that was it.

Feeling every pain is the least of his problems.

With this kind of accident the guy should have been secured on a stretcher and had a cervical collar placed around his neck.

The most important reason is to immobilise him in order prevent or at least minimise spinal injury.

I also hope that they scan his whole body at the hospital and don’t just assume he is okay because he has no specific complaints.

Also the average Nigerian knows next to nothing about proper first aid. Someone will collapse or be struggling to breathe and they will be fanning him or pouring water on his face.

I heard of one abroadian like 15yrs ago came to Naija to chase contracts. He was asthmatic in a club where people were smoking, he had a crisis.

Everyone in the club ran away from him. Later the security took him to guess where(a police station)

And the question from the police was "which of you hit him with juju"

No emergency treatment from like 2am to 5am when he died

Some people who have spinal cord injuries resulting from accidents, had it when they were carried out of the crash.

The way we drag and forcefully put them in positions to the hospital, is enough to mess the person up for life

I can't see myself driving past the speed limit on Nigerian roads again.

Today you speed passs.... Tomorrow, there's a pothole there

Before you will try to control the vehicle, it's already late.

Anything beyond 100km/hr is already a ticking bomb.

I doubt that will happen. He will probably try to settle the families considering he's a rich athlete.

Na stationary truck dem hit. Too bad.
Quick recovery to the injured.

High speed on a good lonely long road dey sweet. But then make Amadioha help you make u no hit bump, make your tyre no blow or do sudden drift. E go hard to control the car.

All we know is AJ was in the car. For all we know the deceased were the ones taking him for a ride on the town

only thing clear is the driver was extremely reckless. and everyone in the car loose guard instead of calling the guy to order

RIP to the dead

AJ was lucky to be at the back of the driver. Those by their sides were the main casualties consumed by the impact. Gory sight.

True doc, hopefully Lagos hospitals gets him stable enough till he’s ready to jet off to UK for proper treatment.
No matter the money you get for naija, problem still they and that’s what I try to tell people.

Odds are if you're paying that much, it's already life threatening (which makes it worth it), and $1,200 in the US would be equivalent to say 70K in Nigeria.

Not so ruff if you ask me.
