Obi is not dealing with anybody. In 2023 Tinubu's focus was on Buhari's cabinet members that hated him. This includes emefiele. He also focused on Atiku. He never expected the effect of endsars and youth frustration. Obi used these to spring surprise. This has made Obi to think too much of himself. Right now PBAT's focus includes Obi. Your got it all wrong. He is not paranoid about him. Far from it. He knows Obi too well as an unstable, unreliable political novive who cannot be trusted judging from his antecedents from his APGA days.

If Atiku does not pose any threat to Tinubu, is it Obi who has since lost a great deal of relevance that will ?
Already, PO has lost tremendous support from three factors so far.

1. The sympathy votes he got from the Yorubas who disliked Tinubu pre-2023 elections but who have turned their love back to Tinubu and hatred for Obi thanks to the latter's supporters' brash and uncouth behaviour after the elections
As a matter of fact, judging from the under-current mood in yorubaland, it may be suicidal for certain voters to venture out to vote in 2027.

2. Obi has also lost virtually all the sympathy votes he got from a large Christian audience and moderate Muslims across the SW, SS, NV NE and some NW areas in protest against the muslim-muslim ticket.

Almost all of his major non-Ibo die-hard supporters who risked their lives and livelihoods for Obi in 2023 have since deserted him having seen through his shenanigans, ethnic sentiments, lack of leadership skills and autocratic tendencies.
