If someone said they washed toilet it's is not lambs because no one will lie to disgrace themselves.

It's like when God said He died on the cross to save man, you will call it lamba. You call it lamba don't you?
all i could take from your disjointed bizarre and incoherent post is that you worship at the church of peter gringory obi.

your personal infallible idol with feet of titanium .

Most likely they died because they weren't wearing seatbelt unlike Joshua

Na why I no dey ever enter car without seatbelt after one of my main guy died 20 years ago for failing to wear seatbelt.

Like I always say everything in Nigeria is trying to kill you, especially cars without seatbelt
Seatbelt won't have done anything.

Even the truck sef was parked way way far from the road.

That driver no try at all.

Nigerians should stop overtaking from the right. It's wrong

Oh, did they try to overtake from passenger's side?
Where was the truck parked? To the right or to the left?
Around what time was this accident?

Ogun state ke?

In the remaining 36 states in Nigeria, I doubt if there's any emergency response.

It is only Lagos is see that every local government has a fire station...With most having recent model of trucks.

I have never seen that in any state in Nigeria
One would think that because of Ogun state's close proximity to Lagos, there's some expected level of development that should be visible in that state . Unfortunately that is not the case.
afrodoc2:
The gap has always been there.

Lagos State has far more resources than Ogun State.

Lagos State government policies have better continuity from governor to governor than Ogun State policies.

Lagos State elects governors who are intrinsically more competent than Ogun state governors, practically every time.

Recently I saw a video on TikTok in which one mumu Okada rider with passengers tried to overtake a car from the right; unknown to him that the car intended to turn to the right. The car hit the mumu Okada but the impact wasn't much, at least the passengers and riders were able to get up almost immediately.

Funnily some people in the comment section were blaming the car driver "for not exercising patience" while he tried to take a right turn. People who knew driving rules were trying to correct them but they were adamant and insisted the car driver was wrong.

I just dey shake my head reading the comment because I know some of them will end up in Orthopedic hospital Igbobi sooner or later if they keep to that belief that someone who is overtaking through the right is not wrong.

It is disgraceful but they keep electing governors that are either deeply incompetent or have skoi skoi in the head.

An Ogun State governor can come into office and abandon a stadium that just needs seats and painting to compete the construction because it was started by his predecessor. They do it with roads, health centres and bridges all the time.

The Okada rider was wrong but you can bet your last naira that the driver himself did not signal appropriately that he was turning right before making the turn.

The bold is very true. I remember a senior colleague where I worked before, he would complain about their roads at Alagbole/Akute. He said Amosun was working in the roads before his tenure expired, the contractor had already mobilized to site, constructed gutter and then they stopped because funds were not later disbursed by the new government in power. That is how the road has been in terrible state till now especially when it rains.

To think both former governor and current governor are members of the same party.

Yeah, from the video I didn't see the driver's indicator light on(Maybe the front indicator is bad and the back works sha o. You know the bulb for the front indicator may have burnt out while the back one still works. Since the video was captured from the front, one can't be so sure if the car driver indicated his intention to take a right turn or not).

But those Okada are a menace, they do it for me all the time even with indicator light on. They always assume they can quickly move ahead of you while you are trying to negotiate a turn. That is why I don't always take my leg off the breaks when I'm not driving on the main express. The moment you mistakenly hit one of them, they will crowd you out and almost mob you except you have people come out to rally round you.

It's actually less

Let's say you are traveling 100km

If you do 100km/HR, you will get there in 1 hour

If you do 110km/HR, you will get there in 54 mins
People have to really sit and do that cost analysis and find out if that extra 6-12 minutes is worth their lives if they're alone or the life of others if they have passengers with them

What you wrote applies to all transporters and a lot of drivers. All the cutting in front, driving one way etc - in the final analysis, they are gaining 5 mins max for endangering others and constituting a nuisance

Something like this
I don't think this is the first time the driver will be driving them, the signs will be there they can even ginger him because sensible person knows you will be going in blind overtaking from passenger side

It was in broad daylight so visibility was not a problem especially with a big truck like that.

The truck appears to have been parked on the shoulder of the road and not on the travel roadway.

What made the driver lose control and go off track?

It's very common on our highways

Slow vehicles will be on the fast lane
Fast ones will immediately find any where to overtake.

Some won't even let the vehicle in their front to finish overtaking, so they can see clearly. They will immediately follow, and be honking like goats

Exactly what happened

It's possible that he was following a vehicle in front

When that one overtook, it became late for him to slow down

Maybe there were slow trucks occupy the two lanes.

Instead of waiting for one to finish overtaking, he decided to cut quickly

Who knows. His passengers might have been sleeping.

The man don too shiit for church. The ex-wife said she knows at least 8 to 10 women whom he had affairs with that later got pregnant for him.

One of his choristers who had a child for him has come out to link up with Doris Ogala. The ex-wife too has been granting interviews exposing how he slept with wives of church elders, choristers and other females.

How his members will sit to listen to whatever he has to say about holiness and righteousness after all this dies down is what I really want to see

Exercise in futility.

Power drunkard man wants to return to the cookie to continue his looting spree.

Like we knocked him out twice the other time, this time will not be different.

We await him both at the poll and in the jungle .
