Hello House,
I have a question regarding insurance.

Enrolment is also conditional on submission of proof that you hold valid health
insurance. Please contact your (or another) statutory health insurance provider
immediately regarding the impending commencement of your studies at the HWR
Berlin.

Does this mean travel insurance as I have procured travel insurance with AXA Mansard or it means a different insurance policy or cover .. please help with information.

Hello everyone. I am currently living in Belarus and I am interested in relocating to Germany through a student visa. I would appreciate guidance on the correct process, including university admission, language requirements, visa application steps, and whether it is possible to apply from Belarus.

If anyone has gone through this process or has reliable information or recommendations, I would be very grateful for your help.
Thank you in advance.

It varies depending on your program and the speed of the admission committee of your program. They are the ones that review applications and make the final decision.

Hello guys,
I just got an email to confirm my appointment, but I haven't received an actual date yet. Please, has anyone here gotten their appointment date already?
How long did it take after confirming before they sent the appointment date?
And also how fast is the appointment. Do they give like 2 weeks, 3 weeks notice or how long?

Good evening seniors,
Please I need assistance with this Germany University Admission process. I have Bsc. Ed in Biology (not pure science based but education and science combined) with strong GPA (4.04/5.0). I want to apply for MSc in either Biology (Science) or Education. I am also looking at changing to health related program like public health or health science because I am currently working as a Care worker in the UK.
Please what do you advise that I go for, to have high chances for admission and future job prospects in Germany.
I will appreciate your input.

I got admission with 2:2, although my CGPA was 3.01

If your point is not up to 3.0, there might be an issue. Also is do you have working experience in the course you’re applying for?

All thanks to God Almighty.. I LANDED in the country of my dream GERMANY.. To all who want to give up read this please,

I started this journey process 2019( you can check my profile) .. I got admitted and things were pretty smooth , I got my AD at the embassy schedule for July 16th, 2019 unfortunately few days to my interview date the person who promised me blocked account disappointed me.. I was broken but didn’t give up …Before I could start all over the embassy introduced the categories for appointments and to get AD became a war..

After everything became difficult in Nigeria and no date forth showing, I decided to take a giant step and left Nigeria to The Gambia to in order to continue with the processes of my dream country but unfortunately immediately I got there COVID hit the world and everything became standstill..

At some point I was stranded but NEVER GAVE UP…. I got admission again and started online classes during the Covid time … I did two semester online paying for my semester fees so I can keep my enrollment active.. immediately things became ease after 1year I applied to the embassy and got AD in Senegal Dakar that same day schedule for the following month ( April 2021 )

I couldn’t raise block account money then I sold my landed property to get SL.. Lo and behold I went for my interview and was denied two weeks after with no much tangible reason… I did remonstration but was also denied … I WAS SHATTERED…Hmmmm…Cried for weeks but as a man I picked up myself and continued with the job I got in Gambia because coming back to Nigeria was never an option..

From 2021 I never OFF my dream because I knew I wasn’t were I wanted to be .. I kept my focus and keep praying and helped alot of people to travel to Germany guiding them from the beginning of their application to the end at no COST…This year I decided now it’s the TIME AGAIN, i reapplied and got admission, things have changed to what it was with the online application..

I was able to complete everything online and help came without stress this time with block account, I applied and went for my interview In October.. The same woman who interviewed me years ago was Stil the same person who interviewed me .. I can say vividly this woman drilled me .. it was a proper interview that lasted more than 20 minutes of questions and answers… With God I was well prepared…

After everything, she said I can go but called me back and asked do you have evidence to prove you are truly working in The Gambia, Thanks to God I went another file of other documents which was not included in the check list , I gave her my employment contract, study leave Lettland letter of recommendation all from my place of work..

Exactly 4 weeks later my was visa was issued , God came through for me and put smile on my face again and wipe my years of yesterday... Believe in God and he will surely come for you ... I'm sorry for my long write up but someone out there needs this story to fulfill their dreams ...

Thanks nairaland, Thanks my 2019 set whos still in contact with me till today... GERMANY WILL FAVOR US ALL ....All glory be to God ..... tschüss..
Can you give me your email address please, I would like to speak with you. Thanks
