If the operation was orchestrated internally, someone would have given him info and he would have asked his "boys" to evacuate before the strikes. I will not look it up.

The primary reason why he is suspect is simply because he is a Northerner of Fulani stock. It is nothing but prejudiced. He is a Northerner, so, he must support Boko Haram and the Bandits.
