Well deserved! He nearly sacrifice his life for the team, especially that point he nodded the ball right from that Villa player's leg.
Absolutely! Reminds me of a younger Sol Campbell when it comes to playing with heart and passion.

We just need him and Saliba to be fit and injury free till the end of season in order for us to have stability in that back line

There was a lot of improvement in the morning way VG played last night. Though not the best yet, but a way forward. At a point Trossard was encouraging him to keep on.

VG needs to work on his movements on how to evade defenders to receive a pass. You don't hide behind them hoping your teammates will do all the work to locate you.

Sometimes you have to pull over, for a cut back or force your way in front.

He did that a few times and got some shot away. If he continues he will shine.

He's not hiding they are choking him, but that's creating chances for others
Look at the second goal 5 players surrounded him alone and zubi exploited the hole created

He takes jibes at the fans and club every time he faces Arsenal. He is still salty that we chose to sell him rather than guarantee him the number 1 ahead of Leno. Arsenal fans return the favor whenever they can.

I wonder whether we watch to satisfy our selves or to observe.

VG was not the only person in the box. Saka was there also and even the one threatening.

Any idiot in the box would have still been surrounded the same number of defenders. You don't have to be talented to be that.

What's even more baffling is that, when did we start acknowledging that the CF creates space? When we said Kai was creating spaces didn't you ask if that was what he was signed to do or to score goals.

This hypocrisy is really smelling bad

Lol
Did you watch the game at all, that's why having conversation with you is stressful.
When odegaard was moving the ball, there are 2 people he can pass to and saka is not an option, how saka came into this I don't know
Zubi was free while gyokeres was surrounded by 5 players
Shebi Kai can create space how many goals did he score, if he was ruthless why did we get a proper CF then
Kai that will have 20 chances and score 5

Talking of hypocrisy, kettle calling pot black

bro we watched the match, VG wasn't surrounded by any 5 players, and yes Saka wasn't the best option to get the ball to. Odegaard had the choice of taking a shot or passing to Victor who although two players were in the box with him had a room for r2 if he was given the ball, but then odegaard saw zubi making the run and passed the ball to the space. Don't change narrative bro. Havertz had been in that position many times too. Spy asked you "when we agreed that a striker should be creating spaces instead of scoring", the same quetion you have always asked regarding kai. If kai was that bad than what we are currently experiencing with victor because he hasn't adapted yet, why then does he get more chance and more touches in opposition box than what Victor is offering?. If Havertz can't create chances why then is the goal ratio of wingers when playing with him are higher than that of Victor?, how is it that Havertz gets into better positions and then misses some while Victor hardly gets into such spaces. It is not an argument of who is better cus we know Victor has proven himself in Europe before and can still do it again. It is about realising what is currently working adding the right criticism and not creating a different narrative with exaggeration for our favourites.

konsa even had his back to VG and was trying to track zubi, if odegaard had pass the ball to VG, it would have been hard for him to turn on time. But that's not what we are talking about. See a more clearer view and angle below and how many players were actually tracking VG.

The ball was still in transition here bro 2 more seconds he was been swamped up, so it's his fault the system by our coach isn't working for him?

the attack started from that side of the pitch, and those five villa players were already positioned around that area, odegaard had to drag the ball to create space and VG sure made a good run. That was a good run he made, we are not arguing that. But it wasn't five players that was on him at the time of passing the ball. Talking about system, the same system that have worked for other forwards so far. Or is it the coach's fault that he hasn't adapted to our winning system even after many matches undecided

The refs refused to give Arsenal penalty against same Everton last December which could have gotten us 3 points. The following week, Brighton equalised us through a controversial penalty, six points went down the drain as a result of officiating. Biased refereeing go reach everybody jare, na turn by turn.

Man city got away with bad officiating last week. It might seem like the refs are being a bit biased when it gets to the title contenders. I hope they don't make it look too obvious

I have not said Kai doesn't miss chances. I have said Gyokeres misses too. So if you vilify Kai and be praising Gyokeres, then you're a hypocrite. No two ways about it.

To free yourself you have to tender an apology to Kai.

Besides Kai is better than VG in all round play

As for that Zubi goal, do you realise that even a goat can be in the box and would still be surrounded by 5 defenders? Does that make the goat a good striker?

Una be mumu 😂

Mareaca might leave Chelsea for City. Just curious if Pep will be leaving by season end.
