What is really hard in making food cheap

Government should invest in farming take sea water put it in pipes send it to each government farmland and cultivate enough food for the masses

Feed your people with cheap food
No one will protest

Even if cars and clothes are expensive just make sure food is cheap and affordable

Rather than investing only on satellite to space weapons

It easy to invest on farming large scale
If you must treat the sea water then treat it and feed your crop
