HERE, I'M SHARING MY BITTER EXPERIENCE USING MTN LUMOS PRIME.

I sincerely won't recommend anyone to buy MTN Lumos Electricity products, it's been issues upon issues ever since I bought mine in 2020. I was told the Lithium battery that comes with it can last up to ten years, mine is just 5 years and I called their customer service, they said I can't replace the battery that it's out of warranty. Note that I was willing to pay 100k for its replacement, even though the battery typically has a very low capacity. It doesn't last long at night.

She said I'll have to buy a new, complete MTN Lumos solar system, which costs over 500k, when the main issue I'm having is the battery.

On top of that, for several times, even now, even after changing my inverter once, power keeps tripping off, and it often takes a long time for me to manage set the inverter into the port so that I can use the system. This is a solar system that was advertised to be ideal for TVs. Mine cant power my 75 watt TV of 40 inches. It will burn the inverter port, not that it'll trip off, even though it was advertised to power TV and more appliances.

And again, the inverter port has burnt twice since I bought it, and I only plug a 40 watt laptop charger to it. Also, the phone I use then is those old Android phones whose charger rarely consumes power.

Now, how is this a good buy? Current and former MTN Lumos users, kindly share your experience too.
