They make laws to preserve the moral upbringing of the children but those who make the laws do not possess any significant sign of moral upbringing, development or re-development even as they are adults...

I can read everyone gnashing on their keyboard tapping aggressively like someone is controlling their emotions. A policy met by the govt is not an act of undermining their competency. The reason this people move in silence is that you will not be able to contaminate their bloodline.

All women should be allowed to leave parts of the country where they are hated by the sexually frustrated men who dream up laws. With an all-male society there will be no further need to pass laws to punish women, or force them to wear masquerade costumes in the tropical heat of Africa.

Once women have been allowed to evacuate from such places that are ruled by hatred, misogyny and oppression, the men left behind in that same-sex society can copulate with each other, or with cattle and goats as the mood dictates.
