ADC: An Already Dead Coalition. by NakiBlog(op): 2:08pm On Jan 01
When Apc was formed, one would observe that its strategy was to pull out major stake holders of the then ruling party PDP and other strong members of light weight opposition parties into APC and that was very successful.

Another important point to note was that the formation of APC was a merger of different strong and light weight opposition parties and not just politicians jumping into a new party. That merger meant that those other parties no longer exist on its own and has become APC.

This strategy was one of the most brilliant move ever made in the political atmosphere to unseat an incumbent and ruling party.

Fast forward to this new year 2026, we keep hearing coalition but what we see is jumping from one dead party to another. While all major players in the new era of Nigeria politics are seeing the light and joining the APC as a ruling party, major political orphans are jumping into a party that has existed for long without recognition just to make it popular and claim it is a coalition.

It is quite shameful to see that Nigerians are easily brainwashed even when they try to claim they are one of the smartest people in the world. It took years and patience for Tinubu to mastermind the APC, relax and hold the party till his turn and everything fell in place.

Now after removing a sitting president from the then ruling party and now putting the once gaint PDP to rest in peace, some small parties without a form of structure in just one state feel they can come out from no where and take over power because of one man that says he is the political messiah of our time.

Instead of building a party that accommodated him to pull the little weight he pulled in the last election, he once again abandoned the party and decided to join another in the name of coalition.

ADC is dead on arrival because it is not a coalition because it has been existing already for long but happens to be the next party for aggrieved political orphans to lay their tents.

Now tell me, with just one year to the general election, what structure is in place for ADC to imagine winning the election in general.

See Painment, real fear and confusion in all Tinubu supporters. Since yesterday all have been running from pillar to post. Why are you all scared, afterall you have 30 governors and over 70 senators in APC.

All this long epistle just to fight back salty tears.
All ADC needs is the peoples candidate just like the one presented by the labour party on the 2023 election and you will witness the tsunami.
His very powerful and organic structure relies in the grassroot which is the people.

Times have changed.
There is a unifying factor in today’s Nigeria.
Tinubu has failed woefully and irreparably.
Nigeria has no future under Tinubu’s leadership.

Since you have already won, why are you posting about ADC on every thread? What happened to AAC, LP, PDP, Accord and other parties. Oh, because OKWUTE is now in ADC, your nightmare has started.

There's no presidential aspirant worth it's salt in the ADC that can defeat Tinubu.
Divest yourself of tribal sentiments and emotions.

Remind yourself of the array of obstacles Tinubu had to surmount without the power of incumbency to win the 2023 elections despite Buhari's opposition, a man with a cult following.

Now backed with the power of incumbency and with virtually his erstwhile footsoldiers still intact, he remains undefeatable.
Forget not the large majority of governors and NASS members in APC's control whilst factions of parties like the PDP and LP are doing his bidings.

I dare say that God brought Tinubu to the pinnacle of politics in Nigeria to teach those that have always arrogated political acumen to themselves the mastery of politicking.

It was less than a year after the 2015 election that the opposition already knew which region will have the presidency, the vice. Even before Apc was formed, mobilization started early, like the subsidy protest

In the ADC's case, their supporters are yet to have a clue who will be the president or VP. The ADC as a party only have 2 house of representatives members from Bauchi before Atiku talked about it.

How much progress have they made in establishing ADC across the Nigeria local government not to talk of wards.

When would they start mobilization when they are yet to know which direction they will go

Anyone in that ADC is either a desperate politician, irrelevant politician or serial loser .
Re: ADC: An Already Dead Coalition. by magoo10(m): 4:12pm On Jan 01
If ADC is already gone why is the APC jittery.

That tinubu won when he wasn't an incumbent doesn't mean he will be formidable now.right now he needs people to do the magic for him unlike when he was on the outside doing the fighting himself.mind you he is distracted with the burden of office activities which he engages as president and can't be seen moving around with bullion vans as part of his escort entourage.
For those defecting to the APC they are doing so for their own personal survival some of whom don't have surnames in politics and mere political neophytes.
Have you also thought about the number of disgruntled members within the APC who will not give tinubu their votes.
With a Peter Obi as the candidate the ADC the grassroot will be the political structure.
If you were a student of history 2023 should have added to the things you should have learnt about grassroot political politics.

Won most states and came third. If you have sense please answer this question. If Obi won most states in the last election, how many did Tinubu win to give him a gap of more than 2 million votes and then how many did PDP win to even be second with almost 1 million votes different.

God was never involved for a drug baron, forger and looter. It must be gods in SW.
It is only corrupt inec and judiciary that happened. It will never happen again in 2027 because we are ready this time to defend our votes on the street in SS,SE and north. That glitch can not happen again

So you think God will be involved for Agulu Pandora fraudster. Like already stated, ADC is already dead on arrival. The only option your savior PO had was to build LP properly which was already a gaining force with his presence but NO. As usual he jumped again to another party. He cannot even hold a small political party together talk more of saving a full country already in a mess.
