Go to Igbo land and hardly U see mosque that U can pray. But come to North they are Churches everywhere. We can't help it, it's already an argument and you can't stop the argument, but in all of it, you always go back to the real human being that you are before the universal religion:

I'm a Yoruba man for instance, and they are traditionalists, about God they said "it is God that is serving us". This is very true, I don't know what our piety have to offer the blessed creator that put the entire universe in place, so much that we have to kill one another to please him like the gods. God is the original artist, he's the Creator in chief. An artist that created an artwork, who invited people who knew about his work to see what he has done will be very happy to see them appreciate his work and use it to create something more beautiful, no doubt.

But imagine if you have to create something to destroy the work of the artist or kill some of the people raised by the artist (to either use or) appreciate his work all because they don't appreciate the artist the way you do? Would that be in the interest of the artist or your selfish interest?

People who believe in God appreciates his work, people who do not does not remove anything from him because he doesn't need their piety to be God. That, he is already.

But here is the wisdom of God, there's a place we need him: we will be in trouble if we don't understand our world, God should help us to come to the knowledge that can help us. That will make our lives much better.

Take a personal example: If I'm in penury, it's because I lack knowledge on how to be rich, to do that legitimately, I should know the truth, that truth should help me succeed, making me free from penury.

But as simple as this is, I may not be able to organize my thought this way and may not eventually come out of penury however hard I try, as I might decide to work harder and die trying.

Yet, I actually need an inspirational idea. That's where God comes in. Whoever told me such a thing that set me free eventually gave me the word of God and I don't care what you call him, he gave me light. He led me in the path to further enlightenment.

Now let me say at his word, I went to school, I acquired knowledge, then I become more enlightened is my destiny helper.

If that man claims to have come from God, why should I doubt that for the good he helped me accomplish without breaking the law? I could be appreciative of him as my godsent. He didn't impose himself on me.

Religion should bring hope and light, not sword, conquest and a book I must live by. Any religion that's against enlightenment is a "slave-master belief system".

Religion if it will be useful should take away pain, not try to replace itself as a substitute pain prescribing itself with compulsion.

What is even more surprising is the fact that many Igbos are not condemning this evil plan and threats.

just see the comments of people who accuse others of tribalism and religious extremism and yet they want to rule over a multi religious and secular country like Nigeria…..Hausa/Fulani is waiting for their gringory to come and win votes in northern part of the country even though their agulu package fraud is ready to deny Jesus and embrace Islam just because of his desperation to be Nigeria president but we ain’t deceived😂😂😂
