My advice?!! Stay in your job, build a capital base, do your feasibilty research, carve your niche, and most importantly, LEARN the basics and nitty-gritty of that business venture you desire to embark on.

If possible, briefly volunteer to apprentice with someone already doing and excelling at it.

It might or should even be a smart idea to eventually start the business as a side hustle before later leaving your job to run it fully.

Open Electronics shops. Fill it with almost every appliances needed. A very big store. Manage it yourself.

What do you think people will need and is scarce in your area

Eg Foodstuffs in small quantities

Business is not for the weak but it doesn't stop you from your salary job if you can combine one time with your wife first or with trusted apprentice, because require setup and patient for it to grow, it could even make you go for salary job later on again

I would advise not to Quit ur salaried Job, but rather leverage on it as u look for a side hustle to join with it. U can try transportation business. Maybe buy a Korope and drive it urself. Don't give it to anyone. I have been driving my Korope since 2021. I usually park it at home and go to the office. By evening when I come back home after some rest, I hit the road. I dey see better money for night cos No agbero dey disturb me.
