He can go ahead and start eating another woman's food since he'd have been the one who'd have made a choice in the first place to stop eating my food.

And I'm sure I'd have already packed my bags and left because I can't imagine myself staying under the same roof with such a childish petty man... So he'd be free to eat food from any woman of his choice.
Justiceleague1:
You think it's funny,huh?
It's ok until he starts eating another woman's food...

He doesn't care because the mother of his child also doesn't care, because if she did, she'd have taken him to court for child support... And like I said, not every woman is like his ex.
Brendaniel:
Like he told you he is a deadbeat, he doesn't care, there are people like that, both men and women, I know a married woman who wants to divorce her husband and leave including her children with the man, though in her case she intends seeing them from time to time and sending support whenever she can but she doesn't want to live with them.

I've heard of others who left without even looking back at all, but child support in Nigeria can be enforced if any of the party gets the support to enforce it.

Do independent women impregnate themselves? Because last time I checked, it took two to tango and legitimate children belonged in their father's house.
Brendaniel:
Ah! Ah! Samantha I thought you will be glad with his decision grin as an independent woman grin

So your werey no reach that level grin

You don jam confirm person wey pass your yanga grin
Re: I Tried Feminism With My Husband And He Stopped Eating My Food - Nigerian Wife by Tendd:
At work everyone, male, female, binary etc are obliged to work together for a common goal and that is very much a different premise entirely. Also,l focus on studies and statistics and not on what a handful of women do, parallel to men.Women generally don't do very much physically demanding tasks like enrolling in the military or lifting heavy stuff.Their percentage are never close to that of men on that domain. For example in the ongoing war in Ukraine, women were allowed to leave the country while the men were forced to stay and defend the land. Also, most children of divorced parents are disproportionately the ones in crimes and other delinquencies. This is what the studies shows and no one is saying there aren't exemptions.Furthermore, what ever reason that is keeping Asian women to stay in marriage is lofty regardless.Divorce should never be encouraged for any flimsy excuses like what we are witnessing among Nigerians living abroad.
Kobojunkie:
1. So, your so-called gender rules abi delusions do not apply in workspaces where both genders are also involved?

2. During World War II, the majority of those roles were occupied by women here in the United States, and they did very well. The nation recorded an economic boom, too. However, many of these women were eventually forced to give up their positions after the men returned from war, and were told their place was back in the home. Clearly, gender roles only matter when men feel they are threatened. undecided

3. So many women homeowners do these things themselves, even to this day. They have machines to lift heavy stuff.... machines equally used by men when necessary. So? undecided

4. So, if a woman knows best how to mow the lawn, change car tires, mow the snow, change electrical appliances, she should do it while the man does the chores something he had to do for himself when he was single, and probably has so much more practice at than the former, which not all men can do? So, again, this isn't about gender but about you needing to force a gender-focused idea on these things? undecided

5.

6. Cautioned against leaving situations that they have decided are no longer of benefit for them, when the divorce rates among even Northerners have been known to reach as high as 81% since the 1980s? Clearly, divorce should instead be normalized since the culture has all but done nothing over the decades to better the situation of women and children. undecided

Children are actually known to thrive better after a divorce if they do not have a bitter caregiver inflicts toxicity on them after the divorce. If both mother and father truly care for the well-being of the children, they would do anything in their power to ensure that the children are not confronted with their anger or pain because of the divorce. undecided

Serious guys don't behave in unserious manners, they instead sit down with their wives and have a heart to heart talk with them.
madam if you start behaving anyhow I will leave you alone. I will not quarrel with you mainly because that would be embarrassing for me if neighbors hear that I'm quarreling with you. So I will leave you alone and start cooking my own food. When you are tired you'll pack your things and leave

Just so you know, women know how to give back that same energy. There are lots of so-called married people, especially Nigerians, out there who have been living together like roommates for the longest. The average Nigerian woman, particularly those of the older generation,— before you ask, many of their daughters grew up with that as their foundational model of marriage —was nothing but, glorified roommate in their marriages. So, if you want to leave, better leave; otherwise, that woman is ready to stay on for even 50 years to hold on to that Mrs. badge. Dem no dey get tired of such things.🥱🥱🥱

Lmao... See your level of immaturity, so you'd rather punish your own child with hopes that it'll hurt your ex who's probably long moved on with another man and abandoned the child with relatives?😂😂😂

The only person who'll suffer here is your child, not your ex, for she'll still get married and have more children with another man while your child will forever be sidelined for being a fatherless child... And the main fact that you're chest beating about it just shows that you're still hurting and not completely over her while she's probably long moved on wherever she is.

And you can't expect a woman to be a home maker and invest financially in your life as well... You can't eat your cake and have it, such a confused man...🤣🤣🤣... Rather do yourself a favour and stay single for the rest of your life because marriage is not for confused people...😂😂😂
God hmmmm hmmm

Talk? She will likely not even talk to you. Well, so many Nigerian men are surrounded by many women, not because they want to be, but because of cowardice; they never got around to divorcing the women they no longer want around them. 🥱🥱🥱

by "talk is cheap" I actually meant what you wrote initially. If she wants to stay there na she know. I will marry another wife. She will be the one to leave on her own or come back begging. I'm not even joking

Which co-wife when I'd have already been long gone and probably even enjoying myself with another man? cheesy cheesy cheesy

He'd have injured the marriage first the day he stopped eating my food.
You should be grateful you haven't had kids, otherwise, you will see how much guys are avoiding what they call after-1 or 2. Even the girls who never married before have not got enough attention . You may not like to hear this but I assured you, going back to the street is officially the worst thing you can afford to through

I'll cross the bridge when I get there... And I already have no plans of remarrying if it happens that my marriage fails.

You're obviously still immatured, so there's no need to go any further with this discussion.
irumole1975:
It’s ur child too. The only reason you’re not claiming him or her as ur child is cuz u can’t weaponise them to make more money from ur husband. If you live in a country like America, where u can use those kids to extract more child support from the man every month, then you’ll claim them as ur child. See how that works?

As a deadbeat, I can’t be bothered what happen to them. That’s their cup of tea not mine. If u don’t want them, then goodluck. They’re urs now.

And No I can’t stay single(I need sex). And I don’t want to commit to a woman either so I no longer have interest in marriage with a woman. I capitalize on my look to get sex which I really want, so I can have multiple women attending to my needs at a time. I used to tell them “I’m not bringing anything to the table babe” and most seems okay with that.

You're the one who'd have started misbehaving by rejecting my food.

Like I don't get you, you can't reject my food and get offended when I no longer include you when I'm cooking... It's your stomach and your hunger, I can't force you to do something that you don't want.
