The roofing woodwork of this big house is starting today. We bought and brought in wood by yesterday, my carpentry team are already in the building, ready to commence works on this beautiful house.

Happy new year bro, this house is very big. With so many features that can require a high use of building materials to actualize. To build this house to complete the roofing only, budget about 60m.

It might take as much as 130 to 170m to build this house to full finish, depending on the class of finish, and choice of finish materials.

However there are smaller versions of the same plan, with less tasking designs and height, that could be built with much less money than the amount I mentioned up there.

By tomorrow morning, we will all return to this site to complete this roofing wood work, then we will make a move to procure the roofing tiles needed to cover this roofing.

I believe it will look very majestic when completed.
