You just look at everything and ask yourself, what's the essence of life in general?
It's just the same cycle every time. Even if you have money and you the decide to travel and explore around. You'll still arrive at the same point and tell yourself it's not worth it.
Anything serious that happens to me, I'll probably request for euthanasia, drop a note about what's to follow. Being buried the Islamic way is even better. Keep it simple. Life goes on.

Those are critical questions coming from a critical thinker.

1.. the main thing is to work, Hussle for money while young very important,

2.. marry well a woman that can support u and yr children,

3..Bro born children u can cater for, no be say I wan born 3 or 4, no go born dem come become burden to u.

4..Save for yr children education in future and yr retirement save for it.

5..let it be that at yr old age u nor go dey think of how to eat or train children or pay rent.

I started loosing my mind questioning why I have to live
I eventually got into depression and I'm now on antidepressants
I discovered life is so meaningless while in that state
I questioned why some are rich and I'm not
Why everything has to be the way it is...
I even thought of suicide cos what's the essence of it...

...in this life (where you live in the flesh) lies the blueprint on where your soul will live for eternity after death or rapture.... Heaven or Hell

see it as a test you’ll overcome with time.

sometimes it feels like the world is against us because everything is going sideways but it’s at that time we need to affirm ourselves and stay strong because one day we will look back and see how much that situation made us grow into who we are.

Life is not meaningless, you’re here already, unless you’ll kill yourself or a tragedy struck you are definitely going to be here for a while.

Work hard and pass it on to your progenies, that’s the goal of being here and enjoy yourself while at it.

You have to develop hobbies you enjoy and reward yourself by indulging in them after you’ve done the work.

See yourself as a steward of everything in your life. Your job, body, siblings, parents, business etc. Serve them and they’ll serve you back as well.
