GloriousGbola:+ Let me add that aside from the requirement for a trial even under Nazi laws, many German officers outrightly refused orders to kill which they considered illegal and were not significantly punished for refusing. There is a documentary I recently watched on this. Some were given light punishments such as being transferred though. |
