The only thing USA care about is themselves and the loyalty of any of their leaders to them. Look ar Syria, the same guy they labelled as top-3 biggest terrorist in the world and placed a bounty of millions of dollars on his head is currently the president today and having the full backing of USA. The only terrorist organisation in the world is the USA.

Did you notice they dare not invade or attack countries like Switzerland, Russia, China, England, even Canada? Because those countries are developed enough to resist, they're not being overrun by criminals and the people are enjoying the goodness of governance (welfare and amenities) , so they won't allow external parties spoil that for them.
