Abuja is still inside of ikorodu. Compare it with prices in ikorodu garage

Shomolu is not 1.1 but 2M also Gbagada is not 2M.

If na ikorodu, you can even get it lesser. But my brother.. ikorodu to island 5 times a week. Your life will never remain the same trust me.

At Ọjọ́ I am paying 350k for two bedroom flat. And some are paying 600k within this same area for 2 bedroom flat. So the Rufai guy is wrong.

The sad news is that such scams are spilling into other states, it’s like realtors move back to their states to introduce this atrocious scam, for example houses in Uyo which are very affordable as of last year are now x3 currently, in PH it’s even worse. Something drastic have to be done or else many people will soon become homeless.

Many places in Ikeja is below that price....but true for some reserved places like Adeniyi Jones and GRA

He's being too conservative for Ikeja. It's way higher. Ikeja GRA is as expensive as Victoria Island. Mini Flats in GRA (Furnished) is as high as ₦10m.
