I don't mean to be insensitive but, she looked way too unhealthy ( Seriously overweight). I don't the cause of her death but I suspect it had to do with BP or hypertension related issues.

She was still so young and full of life. May her soul rest in perfect peace. My heart goes out to her family, friends, and colleagues in Nollywood. Losing someone like this is never easy.

Death really doesn’t give notice… today we’re celebrating, tomorrow we’re mourning. Let’s all learn to show love while people are still here.

This is my greatest lesson of the year 2025.

Even the wife wey you dey profess so much love for each other, the moment you have a misunderstanding just watch her behaviour towards you, she starts praying for herself and her children alone excluding you from her prayer points.

So for me, I dont care what people think or say or how they behave towards me, SELF LOVE ABOVE ALL.

Because no body really cares.
Even those who claim to care, na just bobo. Na pretense. Once you turn your back, the story changes.

Well, this is what I have noticed and living by.

Most of what you mentioned could happen to anyone but the fatalities,resultant chronic diseases or sudden deaths occurs when the victim is overweight or suffering from obesity.There are very much compelling evidence about these.A well trained body with overall fitness and better nutrition is most likely not going to suffer similar problems.Some form of Cancer has been linked to obesity.Most deaths during COVID-19 were linked to the victims being fat,obese or too old with other underlying diseases.Strokes, diabetes etc are all fat -related diseases.Most of the people in the country that passed away last year and that we read here on Nairaland were majorly over overweight, because l personally have watched similar correlation,both in the deaths in Nollywood and average people.Just some consistent resistance training and cardio fights lots of diseases.You guys must tell our women to loose weight because they are usually the victims.

Never judge a book by its cover. Must the death be related to her size? What if she died of cancer? .... unsuccessful surgery? ... took COVID or some mRNA shot or vaccine and was suffering from auto immune disease? ...what if she was a heavy drinker?...vaped a lot? ...and suffered a stroke? ...what if she were poisoned?We need to do better than jump such simple conclusions

Generally speaking ... yes ... but this is a specific case. We shouldn't generalize ...the reason for post mortem. Are some of our women too big?...it depends. If natural.... no but if they be stuffing themselves with junk and not exercising... definitely.... a health crisis waiting to happen . On COVID-19 deaths post mortem was not allowed. That was the claim .... underlying conditions. Trombosis was the main cause .... as was revealed first by the Russians who broke WHO ban on post mortem and publicized their findings. And you wonder why Russia suddenly became the #1 enemy ...they broke ranks.
