It's a matter of the club to be patient.. and stick with one coach to build up the team..Rome was not built in a day... even if they bring a new coach it will still be the same thing in man UTD..see arteta of aresnal.. where arsenal appointed him in 2019.
Aresnal stick with him.. he built the team and made the team strong..now arsenal has 90% chance of winning the epl this season

That's one example but not a lot of success.
Man City built initial foundation of a different approach with the likes of Mancini and Pellegrini then got Guardiola to move things to near perfection.

All Man United needs now is a more rounded manager. The players are in a much better technical shape than in recent years and are now exposed to multiple formations.

At some point united has to look at their board or administration. Too many coaches. At one point do they say. Maybe it's not the coaches alone

This makes more sense. Cuz I can't see y they'd sack him solely on results. United haven't been abysmal in the past 2 months. They're 6th, just 3pts behind Liverpool in 4th place. So results wouldn't be the issue.

It's not the results, I have been following the crisis for a while now. It's the board and Amorim. They ( board ) are refusing to give him full control of the team. But Amorim had been insisting he's a MANAGER and NOT a coach. Also coupled with critics such as the Nevilles brothers, Roy Keane, Scholes. Majorly, those 1991 United sets.

To cut the story short, he finally had his cup full yesterday after the Leeds match when a gave a post match interview and directly criticized the board.

The man had long since been expecting that sack. He was tired of interference from the club management long ago. The balance 18 months on his contract seemed like eternity. Na una hype that man until una employ am. He was ready as of Saturday to get fired. Make una pay am the sacking money.

Na so una go sack so tay until una employ Sunday Oliseh or Eguavon to coach Man U.
Man U has fired nine coaches since 2013 and yet no peace of mind. It took the likes of Sir Alex and Wenger time and support from the club management to achieve their levels of successes. Simply give good coaches time and support. Look at what is happening with Aston Villa and Unai Emery. A coach rejected by Arsenal and now see the magic with Villa, a much lower team. If that coach was allowed to stay a little more with Arsenal, no team would beat Arsenal, with the quality of players there in Arsenal now.

If e no gree una do, please una fit employ Coach Khadiri Ikhana sef.

I watched him yesterday say he didn't sign up for the job of a head coach but as a manager and will leave after his contract expires in 18 month. I knew then that he will not spend a week more in his role.

All clubs got their ambitions, some are comfortable remaining in the top4 for centuries without trophies while others see it as a big problem.

Sacking of coaches has always been blessing in disguise for a club like Chelsea.
