With about 14% commission and 13k fuel, you went home with about 35k profit. Wch is very okay. If I may ask, what type of vehicle are you using?. Cos my 307 cannot gross more than 30k with 15k fuel. Note, I use bolt mostly
Like someone already commented, the commission has already been deducted.

The car is Corolla 2007

Please note that the same quantity of fuel I bought for 13K , you may buy it 15-16k elsewhere. That matters too. MRS is the only station that sells fuel at 739/L in Abuja

Ok thank sir! But pls, this distance in KM. Is the driver going to pick a rider considered? Or bolt only calculate the distance covered while the trip is on?
It's only distance on trip that is calculated

I'm just marvelling at the distance ni, most of the indrive dashboards I've seen posted here do a little under 100km daily averagely so the 200km was just surprising

Try filter your trips and no Dey do pickups wey pass 5-7mins if e no Dey juicy…you save more fuel that way. In Abuja, that your 8min pickup na some trip time. Know locations that you’ll see rides when you get there too. Like me, I avoid Kubwa cos their road and pickup time is shitty. You fit see 2km pickup for 10mins. I also avoid lugbe fha axis cos of bad roads. No be everywhere bolt give you na him you go Dey rush go. I use bolt too.
I detest Indrive cos Abuja people always reduce price to the minimum and will still be feeling like they’re doing you good

The screenshot below is a 16.5km (23 mins) journey for 5300. I don't do more than 3 mins drive for pick ups like this. Anything that'll make me to drive 7mins for pick up, that trip should cost at least 8k. I filter trips to the extent I no longer hit the road on a regular. I think our problem in Abj is pricing. Lagos pilots how una see am?.

Sitting position matters a lot.

I don't know how to explain sha.
Also as we dey do this work, make we dey use Jedi.

Excess sugar in the body will likely store in any part of the body that is stationed in a particular position for a long time. Accumulation of that go result to pain.

When I was using my old car (manual Kia Cerato) early last year, I had to stop driving at a point cos my whole left leg was hurting constantly...at a point I thought it was a permanent thing. My leg even used to shake uncontrollably when I slept back then.

But after stopping the business for 2 months, the pain went away. And since I got my new car (automatic), I haven't really felt pain in my leg like that. How often do you drive? How many days of the week and how many hours each day.

Good morning bro. I drive 4 times a week, 7am to 5pm. I’m stand at 6’3 so my height is definitely a contributing factor. Also it gets worst for me when I carry 2 people at the back seat which will then require me to move my seat forward. I intend working only weekends now and I saw a tip on stepping out of the car while waiting for Ty passengers to come, I’ll be trying that.
Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Vela01: 9:28am On Jan 07
6'3 o boy🙄 na why you be Joao Pedro😅

It's definitely the sitting position.

May God bless our hustle, not easy to be a man.

Today’s prices on Indrive seems very funny on Indrive on the island. Some are booking 200 per KM. I wonder how these drivers accepting this ridiculous rides cope.

Someone picked ride from freedom way to Ajao estate first stop and ifako ijaiye second stop for 21k. I don’t understand Lagos road network perfectly but I know these two locations have no business.

I understand. I'm 6ft2. The other day, I saw a black patch on the side of my knee...I panicked till I realized its because when I carry people at the back, my right knee rests on a hard part of the dashboard...the friction gave me that black patch.
