They sent me return label via email
Once you receive a return shipment label, you have to return the old equipment after installing the new one. Failure to do so, the equivalent amount will be charged to your account.

I also need this. Please, can you share more details about the mount? Images and what I'll need to tell the welder will help

I want to raise the Starlink installation I have above a water tank beside it which is obstructing it to the west. It does work currently, but it's less stable that the experience I had before and the mobile application reports higher number of outages.
Give a welder an idea so it can be hung on the rail, you could even add extra 1FT pole

Starlink is so so good,i have never in my life in Nigeria seen a service provider that cares so much about their customers, i will use Starlink till old age ooo.
Can the so called MTN fibre x or other service providers in Nigeria replace your network equipment free of charge with extra free month if damaged. Even if fibre network reach my side now it will be very hard for me to leave Starlink at this point cos i have fallen deeply in love with Starlink 😂.
My wife reminds me of this, imagine Airtel support telling me SIM won’t work inside phone that I should restart the broken MIFI

Good Morning All! Please what is the best way to get Starlinks in Lagos right now? I am considering buying from all these resellers that offer Enterprise plans. Is that advisable or is there a better way?
heyyy, not sure if you got answered, but yeah that's definitely an option--i did that and it's been pretty straightforward (and expensive *sobs*, 86k a month for the 1TB priority plan)

i think you should only use a reseller that's mentioned on the official Starlink page...just Ctrl-F for "Nigeria" and you should see all of them

the only caveat is that you can't really "manage" your router through the app, so e.g. if you wanted to change your SSID you'd need to contact the reseller's support--but they've been pretty quick with stuff like that for me smiley

Greetings to you boss.
I want to ask you something
If you are using enterprise grade outdoor access point. Do you use dual band for business(clients)
Like do you broadcast 2 SSID for subscribers (one 2.4ghz and one 5ghz) or you use one SSID (with dual band 2.4ghz and 5ghz combined in one SSID name).

I don't know if you understand my point
Which do you think it's better?

I do understand. I set each ssd to work on all bands, so phones connect to the best one they can connect to. Some Clients use very old phones. I've like 3 ssid, one with portal so that clients have to get a voucher before they can access. One with no portal for phones that won't allow portal but I've to get their phone mac address and white list it and they connect. All of this is so that even if they share the password, they can't connect since both systems white list with mac address.

Ogbeni you need to respond to him with prove that you are not a scammer. How can you request deposit from a customer who doesn't even know your shop yet, let alone buying? The onus is on you to prove that you are not a lazy scammer.
Are you mad? I never had a chat with that person, I'm based here in Nigeria and use a Nigerian number, he said someone chatted him with a Moroccan number, how's that my business?

My Starlink Router stop coming on since Wednesday and I perceived some funny smell at the satellite to router port which suggests an electronic damage. I was told I am not eligible for an equipment replacement because it has exceeded the 24months warranty. Do anyone have a contact who repairs the router here?
