Someone with possibly a lot of experience (mid - pro), to build the backend of medium/large scale freelance business projects. All applications are built with NodeJs on the frontend side of things

If it's a nestjs, a nodejs framework. Send me a mail if the pay is worth it.
I have big project I'm leading on already, I would only consider bigger projects to take on.

It's not about ego.
It's being plain, if you're working on a small project , which is fine. No issues.

I don't understand how you people feel offended when someone is been plain and honest.

It's not about being plain, it's about the tone and manner in which you relate with people you've never met.

Mutual respect is key to establishing networks and dealing with people from different walks of life.

You don't walk into a room with your shoulder high and making assumptions because you deem yourself more occupied or more skilled than others.

You haven't even been asked about your current status or projects and you didn't even have the requested knowledge of the framework desired yet you didn't humble yourself enough to ignore the post.

And realistically speaking, if you were to walk into a room of IT professionals I work with, you wouldn't be half as qualified as those in the room cos these are people with certified skills and credentials exceeding 4 each. Myself excluded. Verified and certified.

It be the people with less than 10 yrs experience that are the proudest in the field.

So humble yourself and you will be exalted. Exalt yourself and you will be humbled.

You should look at your reply and that of others and you will catch my drift.
