I see Nigeria winning AFCON, I see FIFA telling DRC to allow us go to the world cup because we stand a better chance of representing Africa than they, I see Nigeria going to the world cup. I see Nigeria reaching the semi finals of the world cup.

This I have seen.

1990 Afcon...Cameroon went out in the first round, and then went on to get to the quartefinals of the world cup that year.

Nigeria and Algeria , who won the final match against us, never went to that world cup.

Ghana lost to Egypt in the 2010 nations cup final...egypt did not go tot he world cup, Ghana did, and won.

2006 nations cup, of the four semifinalists, only Ivory Coast went to the world cup that year.
It is not by winning nations cup.

What a wonderful tournament 5 of the 8 quarter finalists are west African teams!

There are 4 west African teams there actually — Nigeria,Senegal, Mali,and Ivory Coast. Cameroon is a Central African country.

Politically, Cameroon aligns with CEMAC.

Sharing boundaries with Nigeria (a West African country) should tell you all you need to know already.

I guess you'd also classify Israel as a European nation because they play with UEFA.

Cameroon is classified as both West and Central African depending on the divide you are looking at it from.

It is just like saying Russia is not on the Asian continent.

The algerians will stretch the SE, but we should be able to beat them.

Morroco through FIFA, the fans and the referee should be able to beat Cameroon.
