a. Dig the resources out of the ground (extraction)
b. Convert it to finished products (design and production)
c. Find a market and sell the finished products to the world (marketing, sales, export market, tariffs / international politics)

Imagine light available for 24 hrs and imagine children attending free schools and eating balanced diet in school, that is what Trump will give Venezuela.
