She wasn’t trying to kill anybody. She only started her car to drive off & she got shot multiple times..

That was a clear murder..

That was a clear murder..

Wrong! I watched the video, what I saw wasn't self defense, it was a reckless show of force. The woman pulled out to escape the officers when they tried to confront her, she wasn't armed and three officers were infront of her one even tried to open her car, I guessed she panicked and tried to drive away in fear unfortunately the officer directly infront of her car opened fire and shot her 3 times, killing her instantly and causing her to crash her vehicle. That was actually reckless from the ICE agents because not only the killed her the equally endangered the lives of public citizens what if there were pedestrian fatalities when they shot her, and her vehicle moved uncontrollably. Why didn't they take out her tyres to immobilize her vehicle? The officer committed murder and should be charged

Although to me, this is clear murder. I don't know for others.

I saw the video from another angle, and here's a summary of what I observed.

The woman initially committed a misdemeanor (up to 1 year) simply by using her car to impede the officers' movement. Two officers approached her vehicle from the side while simultaneously ordering her to get out of the car. A third officer was positioned directly in front of her vehicle.

Her vehicle became a 'deadly weapon' when, instead of complying and exiting the car, she accelerated toward the third officer. He drew his weapon just in time and used the last resort permissible by law.

He was still hit by the woman's vehicle in the process. Had she somehow survived the officer's justified use of deadly force, she would still be facing a felony (up to 20 years in prison and fines).

Most of you are talking from the hate you have for Trump..........

If you watch the video as most of you claim and know what happened before the whole thing......you will understand that the lady was wrong

Watch the video on Fox, you will the better angle of the whole act, she deliberately blocked ICE agents with her car and when confronted she deliberately wanted to runover an ICE agent who had been dragged on the ground by a car driven by a protester in June last year. She did the wrong thing to the wrong person at a wrong time.

Oga keep shut. She has no right to impede law enforcement agents from performing their duty. Also when asked by both officers to step out of the vehicle. Why did she not obey. Rather she removed her leg from the brake and accelerated forward and you say she did not commit a crime
