Popular Nollywood actor Yomi Gold has shared an update on his health condition after he was hospitalised in Morocco following a sudden medical emergency that reportedly left him close to losing consciousness. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

According to reports, the actor collapsed after experiencing an intense headache and was rushed for emergency treatment in Marrakech, where he is currently receiving medical care.

The incident came to public attention on Tuesday evening after Yomi Gold took to his Instagram page to share a video showing him lying on a hospital bed.

In the emotional post, the actor expressed deep gratitude to the emergency medical team in Marrakech, noting that their swift intervention played a crucial role in stabilising his condition.

Reflecting on the scare, Yomi Gold described the incident as a sobering reminder of the fragility of life.

“Today reminded me how fragile our breath is and how quickly everything can change,” he wrote.

“Life truly lives in seconds. A sudden headache nearly took me out, but by God’s mercy and the swift help of the emergency team in Marrakech, I’m here resting and recovering.

“I give thanks to God for preservation, and for everyone He used to reach out, pray, and check on me. May we never take health, time, or one another for granted. Every moment is grace.”

In a follow-up update, the Nollywood star reassured fans and colleagues that his condition has improved. He disclosed that he is now stable and feeling better, while appreciating the overwhelming support, prayers, and messages he has received since the news broke.

The actor’s health scare has since drawn widespread concern from fans and members of the entertainment industry, many of whom have taken to social media to wish him a speedy recovery.

Morocco is an European country forget it's in African continent. Everything about them screams Europe even all the things they use is from Spain and other European countries.

Such change in weather conditions one is not used to can trigger just about anything.
