Leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), under the umbrella of the APC Leaders Forum (ALF) and the Tinubu/Shettima Solidarity Movement (TSSM), on Wednesday staged a rally in Abuja, calling for the immediate removal of Nyesom Wike as Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) over alleged insubordination, attacks on party leadership and threats to national unity.Source: https://www.nationalaccordnewspaper.com/apc-leaders-tinubu-support-groups-demand-sack-of-wike-at-abuja-rally/

Igirigimercenar:Let Tinubu dare sack Wike if e sure for am. Agreement is agreement and Tinubu will eventually fold. Take it to the bank. |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by miracle002(op): 9:31am On Jan 08 |
AMINDA:Wike is too small to threaten a whole Apc. Tinubu will sack him and nothing will happen. If he wants to make trouble, Efcc will open his corruption file |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by Och77(m): 9:31am On Jan 08 |
AMINDA:Did Wike deliver more than Rivers state in 2023 ? Which as we speak his influence has dwindled there. Tinubu has more hope in South South now than then. No human is indispensable. |

The way WIKE will loose relevance it would be like a dream to him and his supporters. 2027 will surely be interesting. This rigging game this present government is hoping to bank on come 2027 won't be easy. The military might end up taking over. Start gathering food now. This January is going to be the best month of the year and the tax will hit harder in a year time. |

Wike hold tinubbu for blokos He has even indicted the e.diot as a signatory of the agreement of crime between him and funbara for 35% rivers funds Apart from been in the same ogboni I no see where tinubbu dey gain wike now |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by NaijaRoyalty(m): 9:46am On Jan 08 |
miracle002:So tinubu will threaten Wike with EFCC the same way he's been threatening governors into joining APC abi? But I trust Wike, he will drag tinubu down and spill it all to the public about the agreement he went into with tinubu in 2023 presidential election that made him rigged Rivers State and even killed Rivers sons and daughters to rig for tinubu in Rivers State. |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by miracle002(op): 9:50am On Jan 08 |
NaijaRoyalty:You made a point. Wike will not like to go down alone. He will drag Tinubu down with him |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by AMINDA: 9:52am On Jan 08 |
NaijaRoyalty:Abeg no loud am. Wike has already put contingency plans in place that will wreck APC even if he's incarcerated or taken out. As for that agreement, Tinubu must abide! It's non-negotiable. "The devil gives but what he takes back, you gon regret that". Now is the time for settlement, not stories. |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by NaijaRoyalty(m): 9:55am On Jan 08 |
AMINDA:Wike is not a small meat if not, tinubu would have discarded him long time ago the same way he discarded ambode like a piece of rag. Wike will spill it all, I trust him for that. He still dey drag ameachi, Peter odili and every one else he has helped till today . |

Tinubu will never sack Wike because he needs Wike more than bread and butter. No other tinubu supporter whether from the southwest or wherever has the kind of liver Wike have to defend tinubu. In all the noise of jagaban this jagaban that Wike is about to prove that he is the man behind the jagabandist. |

Wike going, going going going going, gone!!!!!! Nobody trust a man that betray his people. |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by BondRiv: 10:30am On Jan 08 |
All those clueless people at that rally should defect to ADC because they don't have Tinubu's interest at heart. Confused lot. No one protects APC's interest like Wike. That cannot be debated. Allow him to play his politics. Stay out of Rivers State issues. |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by xtivin(m): 10:34am On Jan 08 |
an eye for an eye…wike is too comfortable the presidency should test its microphone on one or two of his corruption case to keep him busy😂 |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by Svoboda(m): 10:48am On Jan 08 |
BondRiv:You should understand that in Nigerian politics, people don't just troop out on their own to protest on the streets without being sponsored, and most likely, someone close to the hierarchy is behind this. I suspect the party is split down to the middle about wike. |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by BondRiv: 10:50am On Jan 08 |
Svoboda:No one at any hierarchy is behind anything. Possibly Fubara and his confused lot sponsoring it. Wasting Rivers money. |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by P1PrinceKT(m): 11:02am On Jan 08 |
Let them sack this man so that everybody will rest. |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by Svoboda(m): 11:05am On Jan 08 |
BondRiv:Why does it have to be Fubara? Did you listen to the exchange between the APC national secretary and Wike? You don't think the position of the national secretary of a party like the APC is big enough, especially considering from Tinubus own camp? |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by BondRiv: 11:06am On Jan 08 |
Svoboda:This thing is being funded with our money. Fubara is wasting our money chasing shadows. The constitution must be obeyed. |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by Svoboda(m): 11:27am On Jan 08 |
BondRiv:He might actually stop wasting your money as you said, as the rsha is initiating impeachment rn. |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by Dreal1247: 11:28am On Jan 08 |
Finally, Wike is about to scatter APC just as he destroyed PDP just because of over ambitiousness. Everything has crossed the equilibrium point and can hardly be sustained. Double trouble for Tinubu. |

Jonathan the weakling asked his Ministers to resign if they wanted to contest in the next elections and join politics. Tinubu the strongman cannot reign in his Ministers to resign if they want to face politics. Life is wonderful. None of Obasanjo's Ministers dare play politics when he was the Boss. You don't need to go far to know who gives Wike the relevance. A president who is more interested in politics than governance. Newsdesk President Goodluck Jonathan officially instructed his ministers with political ambitions for the 2015 general elections to resign on October 15, 2014. During a Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on that date, he directed those planning to contest for elective offices to submit their resignation letters by October 20, 2014. Key details regarding this event include: The Valedictory Session: A valedictory session was held on October 15 for seven ministers who had indicated they would be leaving to pursue governorship bids. The Ministers Involved: The seven ministers who resigned following this directive included Nyesom Wike (Education), Musiliu Obanikoro (Defence), Labaran Maku (Information), Samuel Ortom (Trade), Emeka Wogu (Labour), Onyebuchi Chukwu (Health), and Darius Ishaku (Niger Delta). Reason for Resignation: The directive was issued to ensure that government officials did not use state resources or machinery to fund or influence their personal political campaigns for the upcoming 2015 elections. Earlier in the same year, on February 12, 2014, President Jonathan had also accepted the resignations of four other ministers, some of whom were reportedly leaving to further their own political interests. |

When you're a snitch, eventually you'd get used and dumped. Wike, you messed up. Greed drove you to deny your party. You can't eat your cake and have it. You will become politically irrelevant soonest. |

Tinubu should remove Wike from that seat. |
| Re: APC Leaders, Tinubu Support Groups Demand Sack Of Wike At Abuja Rally by SeeWahala: 12:01pm On Jan 08 |
At this point Wike should just open up and tell Nigerians how him and APC rigged the 2023 elections ![]() I mean, we all knew he would be going down sooner than later BUT nobody expects him to go down alone 😏 |
