Fighting against Russia without NATO troops deployment & active participant na handicap one. Losing millions of able bodied Ukrainians, reducing the military age from 30+ to 25years about to be reduced to 18 is even more suicidal. Losing few more corrupt elite doesn't mean anything.
The America just like the EU is seeking for a military and strategic defeat of Russia.
