Me never go hospital since 10yrs when I know myself. Whether for check up or anything. I'm 45 now with good Gene and good health.

BP issue is real , most of us move around with very high BP without the awareness of it , I recently took my wife to the hospital only for the doctor to do routine checkup on me to discover my BP level was 142/90.

Yes it's good to monitor or check your health status once in awhile. But if you can't, make sure you take "agbo" once every day or thrice in a week like us and you will always be strong and healthy

Most Nigerians wont agree with you.

I go to Lagos Island to do certain things - on some occasions, I will drop my key and board buses going to CMS

Whenever there is traffic warning why I am out of home, I find a safe place to park or park in a client's office that I came and board buses or use Uber.

I have come to realize that certain stresses are not worth my life.

I will rather let go of certain things than to get myself worked-up unnecessarily

Always go for yearly health checks especially when you r in your 40s and 50s.

Reduce sugar and starch intake

Do exercises, dont just sit in the chair from 8am to 6pm (women like these alot) move around.

Empty your bladder, dont hold urine like GP tank.

Eat healthy exercise, stop eating shawarma every lunch time. Its amazing how our choice of unhealthy food increases with income.

Stop using bleaching cream, the chemicals leach into your skin, liver and kidney.

Stop shagging other women's husbands in the office!!!!

you think Nigerians don't take their health seriously. How many people can afford treatment after testing and checking? Smh. If you can afford it, a lot of people can't. Nigerians aren't careless people by nature when it concerns their health. Na money no dey. Tell your government to do better. We have more than enough to cater to the health of every citizen.
