9japride:What day did Abia started getting good leaders? Where were you when Ikpeazu, Orji Uzo and Theodore Orji ruined the state? |

tctrills:I responded to you simply because you said we should give new people a chance. Instead of mentioning the new people you have in mind, you started spewing gibberish. Amaechi was minister for 8 years under the 10 years of APC you are angry about. Malami was the Attorney General for 8 years under same APC. Atiku was Vice President for 8 years and was also a founding member of APC. Tambuwal was APC governor for 4 years and PDP governor for another 4 years. Peter Obi was governor for 8 years and he moved poverty from 25% to 53.8% in Anambra State. So I ask again, who are the new people you’re proposing? Leave the pep talk and mention just three of them. |

It's a seasonal phenomenal. I remembered the time Senegalese attire was common in Nigeria, particularly in the Northern States. |

Is there anything wrong with what he said about bad leaders? Do we have good leaders? Is bad government not the main challenge of Nigeria from Independence to date? Why are you guys all behaving like zombies? May the type of leaders in Nigeria be your portion in your home, community, work place in Jesus Mighty name we pray Amen! Any man who loves the nose of a dog SHALL have it for dinner Kemetian: |

tctrills:At the end of the day, you couldn’t come up with the names of the new people you want us to put in power simply because there are no new people among the serious contenders. Deed down, you know there is no better option among the people you’re supporting. You just want the person you hate out of power and nothing else. |

Kemetian:I've just watched that video right ABOVE. FIRST off, I find the conversational style of this so-called Nigerian female YouTuber talking in that video to be highly irritating. She shouldn't be gloating and grinning all over the place making it look like it's a very big deal for a few Congolese, Kenyans, etc, to be appropriating some Yoruba and/or Nigerian ethnic wears and designs. Some African-Americans have ALWAYS used Ghananian Kente, Agbada, Aso-Oke, Adire, and other African prints and designs in their traditional "jumping the broom" wedding ceremonies and that's understandable because of the negative effects of plantation slavery that affected the African cultures in those deported on slave ships to the Americas. Second, the 4th young lady of Yoruba (Nigerian-British) descent who spoke last with a British accent in the video ABOVE made the MOST SENSE in support of the FACT that if you're from any African ethnic culture, then project your ethnic wedding dressings to the world instead of wearing another ethnic group's cultural design and it enables others worldwide to appreciate you. There's NO doubt that historically, Yoruba, Itsekiri, Edo, Hausa, etc, wedding and other ceremonial attires can make people look classy and nicely put together, BUT what the Nigerian lady who spoke last is brilliantly saying here is that the individual ethnic cultures or identities of the bride and groom MUST be projected strictly on WEDDING days instead of appropriating other ethnic cultures from Nigeria or any other country. I'm CLEARLY on the same page with that 4th female speaker in the video who is incidentally of British-Nigerian descent. |

seunmsg:I don't owe you that; in fact, it would have been dumb for me to start mentioning names to you unless you are not a Nigerian. But you are right about something, though. I want the evil men that have destroyed the country out of power, but you want them to remain thats the difference between you and me. And yes, I hate them for destroying this country. |

wallrichy:But we don't use our mother tongues as our primary language of instruction in our schools, do we? When you look at the first and second world countries and see which language they use in teaching in their schools and compare to how we do it in the third world, you'll realize why we're where we are today, in terms of technological advancement. |

wallrichy:You're almost right, except the fact that only accused only the leaders of wickedness. Have you tried empowering an average Nigerian and he acted differently than the leaders? The earlier we realized our problem is societal, not just leadership, we'll get there. |

Opmic:8 of 10 Nigerians will abuse their office no matter how little the power they wield is. Prove me wrong! It's been 65 years and all the leaders are bad but everyone else amongst whom the leaders emerge are saints. Una never ready for this country. I'm very sure malami has once upon a time criticized the leaders and call them bad, but e reach him turn, he almost stole the country back to stone age. Let's keep blaming the convenient people, until it's your turn and you do worse then the cycle continues. |

Kelklein:We Africans are our worst enemies. Someone is getting married and decides to dress in a particular way, that's is his personal decision. There was a time that people were wearing an attire called "Senegalese" in Nigeria, and nobody made a fuss about it As long as the dress is not provocative and it looks beautiful, and they didn't ask you to pay for it, why are you are meddlesome interloper. Like you said, the dress she is wearing is not Congolese, it's European. If Africans decides to embrace our culture, how is that a bad thing |
