Too much sper*m in the system. This is my own opinion.
I have observed ladies in there late 30s do most of the fibroid operations. Spe*m goes in and it's flushed with postino and abor*tion. The remnants hang somewhere and be growing nonsense. If you don't fall pregnant within 5yrs it will grow bigger and block everywhere.
You hardly see a woman who is giving birth everywhere 4 yrs at least talk about fibroid.

You have to test this hypothesis across many women before expressing it.

No it's not and it's not clear if you're serious or writing in jest. You've just channeled Mr Bitter Obi....."Nigeria's market is toooo freeee" he told me in that his high pitched whiny voice.

First, healthcare is not very amenable to free market principles because demand is involuntary.

As I've written OVER AND OVER AND OVER, all the factors of production in Nigeria are completely controlled by government. That's land, (property) labour and capital (currency or forex).

Everything else is detail.

I did that but could not find it. That's why I asked. It was that general hospital that confused me because Nigerian general hospital doesn't have such awkward naming style. Thanks.

The word you are looking for is libertarianism

Also govt own hospitals come with their own wahala. If you are not an insider, you will get very indifferent callous hustler treatment. Also you may get the incompetent staff handling your case.

Not having children or actually never having been pregnant increases risk of fibroids. Or put it this way....getting pregnant earlier in life decreases a woman's chances of getting fibroids. This is a known thing.

Every doctor knows the best age for child birth. SEVERAL doctors, men and women, have told me the age and ALSO WARNED ME never to say they told me such a thing.

A lot of modern culture is incompatible with our innate biology.
