An illegal agreement is not binding

For example, you cannot sign an agreement for a Governor to be giving you a portion of the state's Revenue to be spending as your pocket money. Such an agreement if ever made, on account of it's illegality, is null, void, unenforceable, and of no effect.

Should Fubara honor the agreement he made to Wike before he was endorsed?

2. Wike and Tinubu:
Should Tinubu remove his best performing minister because of an issue that does not concern him politically?

3. Wike and Fubara and Tinubu:
If Tinubu endorses Fubara as some want him to, does it not undermine his own ethos of "honoring long term relationships and agreements" which his own political acumen has been built upon for the last 20yrs?

No ex governor before Wike had succeeded in installing a successor. Wike did it first with Fubara. He deserves if nothing but respect from Fubara. Wike is a minister. Ministerial position is a political post. Just like a governor and other political appointment and position , you must show relevance or you get booted out.
