Iran was a wonderful nation until it became nothing to write home about. Investing in Iran now would be a dumb decision. No business-oriented individual will go and invest in a nation that inflation has disrupted the economy and devalued the currency.

Whatever investment you want to purse now in Iran is a wasteful venture because you can't make back the 30k dollars, not even next 3 years with the current inflation trajectory in the country.

I am into YouTube content creation. I mean buying the stuff and keeping it there for a long period of time after the unrest.

Nobody ever thought Trump would breach international law and diplomacy by arresting and kidnapping the president of a sovereign state (Venezuela). Now, their oil and their government are being controlled by Trump.

The only people that benefit from invasion, revolution and war are not people interested in legal ventures.

Iran could have minded it's own business. Developing the economy and not acquiring ammunitions. Building it's people instead of building proxy here and there. The proxies are no useless. It's ⁰islamic and Arabic neighbors are not ready to do anything
