If you as an individual still believe just anybody should be supported for doing the wrong thing and then, diverting blames to another, it means you are part of the problem.

30 Billion Naira was disbursed and yet, people weren't adequately compensated. What is the money doing in the bank? It's really sad how we are just too insincere in this country.
