Funke Akindele, her recent movie just grossed 1 billion naira in sales.. Just within the local cinemas in the Nigerian market ..
Yes, she's not a billionaire. But if you ask her at her level to Japa? She will be like. Japa to go and do what?

Talk less of a billionaire.

As a struggling youth, yes , you can japa if you have the funds..

O

The average worker in Europe can't earn 200k euros/year. It's impossible.
Workers just earn to live a normal life. The wage structure is meant to just keep you in the system.
In Norway d professional worker earned that much. Tha average workers earns 80k-100k euros. I mean workers with papers not dagbo workers. For example for starters in Norway ur first job (no experience) can earn u 60k euros per year. Italy, Spain Portugal not so good with pay but Denmark Sweden Norway perfect

It's more than keeping you in d system. The pay is very good. There r some countries like Norway were d citizen r practically ALL rich. I mean you go to a town and EVERYONE is using high end cars. I mean everyone. In Norway everyone owns an electric car and no Iz not car loans.

In america dey pay even more for professionals and d average worker with papers earn more.

Young Nigerians abroad are making so much money compared to their counterparts in Nigeria.

The overall message has been passed and it's understood. He didn't mean Billionaire Billionaire like Dangote in d sense of it but someone who is comfortable or big man. Alot of IT guys, Bank executives and co earning millions monthly have relocated abroad. People sell their houses properties worth millions to relocate abroad. All our politicians have their adult grown kids abroad. They are bastardly rich. Why aren't they in Nigeria enjoying their money? If Nigeria was okay.
From Abiola to Gowon to Awolowo to Abacha to Babangida to Ojukwu down to modern day politicians name them. All their kids are settled in the abroad, except the ones doing politics or running their parents businesses in Nigeria.
Every rich man in Nigeria has their kids overseas, they may only be here because they make d money here but at the slightest they are abroad with their families. Na only poor man they believe in "Nigeria go better o"
I have seen where govt policies have stifled a multi million dollar business in Nigeria. Illegal demolitions, security issues , power problems, supply chains and transportation, tax demands etc. Heck, in our very eyes more than 50 multinational companies closed down and left Nigeria in d last 2yrs. Are we going to pretend this didn't happen?
So what are we arguing if someone says it's better he goes abroad to work salary work rather than be a "big" man in Nigeria? Hassle is too much in this country and u can only survive the harsh conditions if u are fraudulent, corrupt or ready to cut corners. Bribery is now a normal thing, sorting is now a way of life, paying for express or jumping line is for who get money and these vices have been institutionalized. If a minister is openly fighting with a Gov because they had an agreement to share public resources and the Judiciary, and Law enforcement can't do anything . We even have people saying the Gov is a betrayer and castigating him. Do we really have a country?? Is this a place to behuh

For ease of choosing where you want to go, I give it to indrive. Also, Uber also give you that ease too. But you see Bolt, there's no way you'll use their app a whole day without going to where you don't like.

You have said it all bro. As in y would these rich men have their children in d abroad and poor men's children want to die here huh huh.

Even many rich celebrities have relocated abroad with their fame and money u think dey r crazy?

Like u said billionaire is far. Alot of Nigerians are like billionaires that we no even know their names. That's y I said festac. But yet these guys have houses abroad or travel abroad a lot for health reasons but these people won't pray to be caught in emergency cases in Nigeria cause they know Nigeria is a shit hole.

No one sud even castigate anyone for japaing. If u get opportunity pls do. You know men wey sell house sell car sell everything wey many of us no get and travelled and they are d better now?

Imagine a whole former CDS Badeh killed like a chicken from his farm. shocked.

You're never logical in every of your comment and always speaking out of context.

The point isnt about if Nigeria is better or not. No one is saying living in Nigeria is better than staying abroad.
Offcourse I won't be a cab guy if I am a billionaire.

And if you ask me, will I take the opportunity to Japa legally through study or work not visiting, my answer is YES!

Why? Because I'm not a billionaire.

If I am a billionaire in Naira, if I travel abroad, na business trip for one or two weeks, not to go dey hustle paycheck inside Harsh cold, enduring racism, etc. That's the argument.
Do get now? I know say you go still reply this out of context o😃

Bro, that guy blabbing since is very ignorant and not exposed that's why he is talking like that. I have an old class mate that deals in roofing sheets, and other building materials I've known this guy for 30 years. There was a time he lived in America for a while, so when he came back to settle down in Ondo state, I was shocked.

Every freaking year, this guy travels with his family to like.12 countries over the 7 continents of the world. But he still lives in Ondo state, not even Lagos. But his house is like something you see on MTV cribs...pool, tennis court, club etc. He told me he won't live anywhere else but Nigeria. He lives a lavish lifestyle off of doing business in Nigeria...why would someone like that leave naija.

The people i know that relocate/japa are high paid 9 to 5 people...but most of the businessmen i know that are making a killing in naija are not going anywhere.

Bro, honestly, many people don't know what it means to be a "Billionaire".
Asin, it so irritating, you go tell person like Obi cubana to relocate abroad?
You don't know what Billions mean?

To even be a billionaire, it's means you have chain of sure businesses that gives you money a daily basis. Na that one you dey compare with paycheck because you want to live abroad. Abeg, make Nigeria win Morocco tonight, na only that fit ake me forgive all the ignorance I've seen here, if not😃😃
