Na France born full that Comoros national team. They will soon become a football powerhouse by the time more skilled players who couldn't make the french NT start to turn up.

Percentage of foreign born Nigerian players would have increased if the likes of Roost Ekong, Ola Aina, Maduka Okoye and Cyril Dressers had played in this year's tournament.

Big accolades to the likes of Egypt, Zambia and South Africa and for keeping it 100% home born and bred. That shows how low the japa mentality is in those countries

see mouth like basket . U cant deny someone of his or her nationality na
even the International Human Rights Law permit you to change nationality if you so wish. now enacting a law against bona-fide citizens because they were birth in foreign land is disenfranchisement.

That just goes to show the french are more receptive than most countries in assimilating migrants/foreigners.
After exploiting their colonies to the tune of billions of dollars. Assimilating a tiny percentage of the counties they invaded and plundered is the slightest form ofcompensation they can ever give those countries if we can even it that. What they called negritude of the 30s and 40s is what we call brain drain today.

I don't fully agree, what they should do is put a limit to the number of foreign born players that can be in the squad at any given time. How can over 90% of your team be from another country? That's speaks volumes about the sports development in that country.
That's they were born outside doesn't take away the fact that they're rightful citizens right? I'm sure you wouldn't mind if they come back to invest their hard earned money, it's coming back to represent their fatherland that u draw the line

Nigeria 18% ? I doubt that’s correct
It's correct. Foreign born is different from foreign based. If it is foreign based, then Nigeria will have almost 100% and home based will be like 0%

Nigeria would have been top 3 if this was last 2 competitions

Rohr will just collect money and invite any foreign-born player irrespective of the division the by play in Europe.
Even some who only warm bench, he’d invite

The New Coach picked good players from available options, but I wish her scout for more talents locally.

I remember how scarce it was back in the early 80’s to find a light-skinned Ghanian but the story is different today.
Lol. U are right. My dad had one funny adage in those day that no light skin in Ghana and anyone u see it's Tokunbo

You're absolutely right. That's the least they can do, coz those billions plundered can never be compensated.

Why should limit be put. Are you more Nigerian than them?

So an incompetent player should make the squad ahead of competent ones because they were not born in Nigeria. Nigerians and shallow thinking eheen

While there is nothing wrong with this statement
You have to recognize the fact that Egypt and RSA pay European league type of wages hence their players hardly leave their lands coupled with the fact that they are two of the most vibrant economies in the continent
Zambia being close to SA also benefit from such policies

Your last paragraph hasn't to do with japa,it's availability and choices of players by coaches
