Good evening Nairaland, My house rent will be expiring ending of next month Feb, 2026. Today 13th of Jan 2026 my landlady gave me this quit notice which I don't understand the content in it. Please anyone to explain better to me. 1 Like

ailehwise:dont sign it and if you must sign it write the date u collected it sign nd do photocopy |

ailehwise:yes write the date your wife collected it. snap and keep, send it to the agent. make sure u set your phone to record. because if you dont write the date u collected it but just sign , they will win you. infact write original collected by me date |
