I've been running faceless YouTube channels for 6 months, and I want to share my honest experience with YouTube automation as a Nigerian.

What is YouTube Automation?
YouTube Automation is a business model where you create faceless channels without showing yourself or using your voice. Content is produced using scripts, stock footage, AI voiceovers, or hired editors. The goal is to generate passive income through ad revenue, sponsorships, and affiliate marketing.

My Experience:
When I started, I faced challenges many Nigerians know too well: AdSense approval delays, payment method issues, and finding affordable editors. However, after testing several niches, I discovered one that is NOT saturated and consistently generates millions of views. And the videos are so easy to make. Then you can also use the videos on TikTok. We tried it in my community, and one of my students generated 9 million views in 2 weeks. I will attach screenshots. No fear. I got you. Abeg, I go hide my channel name sha and my videos because some of you guys are village people in disguise.

Is It Still Profitable?
Yes, but only if you approach it strategically. Here's what I've learned:

- Niche selection is everything
- Consistency matters more than perfection
- Repurposing content for TikTok increases reach significantly
