You have a point

One way he could recover is to join cameo.com

He could easily be making about $500,000 yearly. That's what Ronnie Coleman lives off.

What does the reporter mean by "once world's fastest man"? He may have retired but he is still world's fastest man. His records have not been broken till date

He trashed all his discipline. At least he would have kept some for healthy living.

They are not talking about his investment, they are talking about his health.

Everything about black people is all about material things...... nawaoo for this level of poverty in Africa.

The remark he made in September last year, which is what you have referenced here, was somewhat misleading.

Now 39, his preference is to play football or go for a bike ride. In fact, back in September, he had suggested he feels out of puff just walking up the stairs these days.

He was recovering from injury at the time, and he clarified that, “It was a joke I made that was taken a little out of context but I have been back in training and my Achilles is much better now.

For some reason I feel he is hiding something! The downgrade in his health is shocking.

Bolt,

"No condition is permanent in this world"
"No condiction is permanent in this world"

Adio family
There is no downgrade in his health. The man still plays football regularly.

Nothing good sleep, healthy eating ,regular walking and a combination of lemon, ginger and garlic juice will not fix.

It is the unhealthy lifestyle of smoking, drinking and partying too much that eventually kills.

Ive seen some 60 year old men strong as an ox and still playing football.

Just use google small now, it's not evey question we must be asking.
Na dem be typical Nigerians who ask questions with questions. Him fit ask you say what will happen if I ask question?

Most Nigeria youth cannot even think for themselves to form an opinion... Herd mentality is what they are .... One tribalist will shout and say Peter Obi will make Nigeria better, and all of them will carry it for head like gala even though this same Peter Obi was governor for 8 years and he didn't do anything but owe doctors salary for 13 months straight and didn't build one single school or hospital. He kept the state money in Fidelity bank getting interest on people's money and then when he was about to leave office he built refinery of beer for them and left to meet his remain money in Panama here he kept grin

But this is common among athletes though. They train muscles that we rarely use and push their bodies to the max, suffering a lot of wear and tear. Plus injuries and surgeries and performance enhancers.

Check out videos of retired athletes, Marion Jones the former Olympic female sprinter shows how she struggles to climb stairs because of her knees.

Ecclesiastes 9:11.

"I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happened to them all.

I do jog once or twice every week. I stay upstairs 2nd floor, if I jog and clamb up to stsor I won't feel any pain, but if I don't jog for like 2days I will feel some pain. Friend told me to keep jogging that the pain will be off I say no. Jogging is good, but being addicted to it is bad. At some time in age I may stop joging and body will start pick up, Na wahala be that.
There should be activities that can make one fit without this. Meditation and periodical fasting, then make sure you don't let ya muscles atrophy with light exercises.

All these strenuous exercise just because people want to look fit does not sit well with me. Personally, my own exercise revolves around mastering my own weight. As long as I can lift myself, everything else can leave me alone... Lazy person like me no fit go dey carry dead weight na😁😁

That's life for you.

Nothing new!

As a man, take care of yourself and your health. Enjoy the best time of your life now that you're young. Travel, explore, drive, talk to that girl and invite her over, and do that which you have always wanted to do. A time is coming when you will not have the energy to do any of that again. You either live in regrets wishing if you had done all that back then or you live in fulfilment smiling while remembering how you've enjoyed your youthfulness with so much love and happiness.

The choice is yours
Remember Jesus Christ in your enjoyment. E get why.

they said running breaks your bones. I do not know how true but I do strength training and isometric exercises like push ups, planks and squats. Planks alone killed waist pain completely. I cut out processed food and stayed on naturals plus fruits replacing even sugar with raw honey etc. mehn! I run up all pedestrian bridges in Lagos at full speed. I felt so alive bro.

Same thing I did when I was training my muscles. Felt pain for weeks, couldn't even lift an arm to write marker on the board for students. I read online that if I should continue, the pains will wear off. Continued, though the pain was less but the effects were recurring headaches.

I even want to reduce my exercises by half so that I go fit see strength teach my students, otherwise make teacher no go faint for lectures. Na big wahala be that.
check your BP. People should realise that isometric exercises and strength training pay off more than vigorous exercises like jogging.
