Nigeria politicians have no any other source of income except politics that is why they cannot give out employment. How many of them have company or factory where things are produced, none. They can employ thugs for election rigging

Lawmakers don't give anyone jobs anywhere in the world. They are just there to make laws. The only reason they even empower the people is that they insist on getting allowances for constituency projects.

Ordinarily I will say that lawmakers have no business with giving handouts to constituents. But since each House of Rep member gets 500 million naira for such and senators get 1 billion naira for constituency projects, I'll say what this member gave his constituency is a disgrace.
