6. Eldee - champion .

7. Banky W - Lagos Party.
I consider it the most rhythmic and melodious city anthem of all time. Better than Jay Z and Alicia Keys' New York. And better-replay value years after. It doesn't sound dated at all.

It's also the most star-studded Nigerian music video till date despite being 16 years old.

Banky W was king here - rapper and sang, and gave a 100 delivering each part.

8. Rymzo - Rock n Roll (2005).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q31fNWukP6M?si=zGmGfczLvulZTrJH

Now that I think about it, Rymzo's R n Roll predates Brick and Lace's 2007(?) ''Love Is Wicked" by at least 2 years but the later's beat seems like a sample of the former.

9. Dagrin - Gboro.
The song still hits till date. Timeless. Isolate sounds exactly like 9ice.

Capital FEMI - Never Felt A Love.

I heard this for the first time in 2009 and I still can't get over my conviction that he'd go note-for-note with Joe.

They laid the foundation but did not enjoy the profits. That's why you have to respect the likes of DonJazzy and Olamide who are still around

You should watch this interview with Eldee in July, 2024. You'll love it. Every Nigerian pop culture enthusiast will too. I'm surprised it hasn't done a 1 million+ views.

LOL.

It's not quota system. Dude is one of our top 5 vocalists ever.

But for tone range, Wande Coal is king forever.

Demola Adeleke next door is in Accord too and I dont think he is wasting his time

Demola might be thinking if he wins Osun under accord add Oyo to it plus a few senators and HOR. That gives him a platform to negotiate with a bigger party at any big election

APGA does not have anything national but locks down Anambra and at National elections they negotiate with any of the bigger parties

Who is throwing last kicks? Demola? At this point if APC national doesnt bring their machinery Demola wins in Osun

Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face. APC will ensure they take back Oyo and Osun and the crisis in the ruling PDP will make it easier.

I can't rule it out. I will support APC in both states but I won't rule out the strength of the candidates
