First peace of mind. Many find peace, security and stability in India, just like they find in other countries. That’s what is paramount in the minds of those who venture out of the country and never want to return. They say, it is better to stay in Vietnam or any other country that offers them some peace and sanity, than Nigeria, where electricity is unstable, stress levels are too much.

Outside the country, a much greater percentage of Nigerians do very honest work and business. The percentage that are involved in crimes are less than 3%. Unfortunately the crimes committed by this tiny percentage, are immediately forwarded to the press/social media and published worldwide.

So largely Nigerians work good jobs and do good businesses to sustain themselves/families, there and back home.

It is the business of the Nigerian government to make the country peaceful, safe, profitable and habitable for the citizens. Our healthcare facilities are not updated in a lot of areas and leaders who should fix them, travel abroad for their own health checks. Who wants to stay and suffer? Oya answer that.

The same people would blame the government if India places a visa ban on Nigerian nationals, never take responsibility for their self-inflicted problems. Instead, they resort to pointing imaginary accusing fingers at others for problems of their own making.

This is exactly where I have problem with these people most. You can't eat your cake and still have it. Never.
