Is this new? We saw this same rubbish last season. Zero sense of urgency whenever we need a goal. Rice and Saliba were just passing between each other for nearly 20 seconds..
Not new atall. Just that many don't want it to be talked about. Notice how teams no longer press when that happens. Faux control. Mental stress will soon take over. Lol.

My thing is, a lot of the issues we are seeing with this team are not new. These are recurring issues that have continued to plague us. It makes absolutely no sense, especially when you consider we are in his 7th freaking year!

So few arsenal fans on X are discussing about that Diaz PK yesterday. Someone said if any Arsenal player tried that in a UCL semi, he might kpai himself.

Another person said, Gyokeres is the best candidate to take such PK. I quite agree. Brock Lesnar has the better shot power

Titles are not just won on the pitch and training ground. They are also won in the board room.

See how Many City board is backing Pep this season for a title challenge despite going 7 points below Arteta.

They have spent close to 100m pounds getting top players in Semenyo and Guehi.

Last season I said that the reason Arteta failed to win the title is because of lack of support from the board following injuries to G Jesus and others.

We can call Arteta all sort of names and accuse him of many errors in judgement. But without the support of the board no manager can push for titles. Pep is the best manager because he has support including that of his board.

Typical of Arteta’s fanbase to turn to insults when they can’t defend their failures. You won’t need to turn to insult if there is something to defend. Instead, all you have is excuses upon excuses then insult when we tell you guys your excuses are now stale.

Again, the bold still reveals your level of delusion. Chelsea winning the club world cup and doing it against the champions league winner shows its a team that compete to win and doesn’t give excuses. Winning the Europa league and Conference league is a confirmation of that too. We can’t say the same for our “trust the process” merchant. Like I have always said, a club can’t be trophyless for many seasons and claim one trophy is beneath them. It’s a serious lack of self awareness and pure delusion.

Every complain about Arteta isn’t about last season but 5 seasons of wasted opportunities and unwarranted gaslighting by his cult, because you make it sound as if Arsenal hasn’t been supporting Arteta with signings for the past 5 years. The ones he’s been getting, what has he done with them? Liverpool signed only one player last summer and went on to win the league. So what’s Arteta’s excuse after 5 years of numerous signings?

While we were trusting the process, Xavi and Hansi won the league with Barcelona, Alonso with Leverkusen, Kompany and Tuchel with Bayern, Arne Slot with Liverpool, Spalleti and Conte with Napoli. The likes of Ange and Maresca took advantage of the European competition and won too. But our own club will have to wait for 10 years.

On the last bolded, you will still be the one to come up with more creative excuses when things go sour again (I pray it doesn’t because we need a major trophy and not excuses). Maybe this time it’s going to be because emirate stadium is too small.
How far?

Your eye don clear that I was right?

Foresaw or he prayed and hoped for Liverpool to slump to give arsenal an edge. That's typical of every club fan.

Ethan to Marseille on loan.
Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by MSGAMBLE9: 11:40am On Jan 20
EXCL 🚨 Marseille are working on a deal to sign Arsenal’s Ethan Nwaneri on loan for the rest of the season.

Nothing is agreed yet but any arrangement would include a fee that is changeable, depending on appearances, and no option to buy.

There remains other interest in the 18-year-old from the Premier League and elsewhere in Europe — though some suitors wanted a permanent mechanism, which Arsenal will not allow.

Marseille head coach Roberto De Zerbi has held positive talks with Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta and Nwaneri, with the Italian and his style of play a prominent factor in the Ligue 1 side being favoured by their Premier League counterparts.

I think the loan will be good for him. Hopefully he gets playing time there and he's able to shine well enough to earn a major role at Arsenal come next season.

I'm glad Ethan will be going to where he can get to play, I hated seeing him on the training ground and bench looking moody. The change of environment is what he needs right now and he'll get to play UCL football too.

That's what squad depth does to young players, it denies them quality game time due to options. Look at Miles now, both him and Ethan were promised game time but they're languishing on the bench.

You nailed it... None of Madueke, Ode or Eze has shown so far that they are better than Ethan of Last season either with goals or assists return...

People's excuse to defend Arteta is the youngsters are not ready
Whereas they came through last season when we were missing key players

I am really disappointed with the news of Nwaneri's loan because this isn't a case of not being good enough for the first team.

The truth is, Arteta has shown that he can only coach certain kinds of players. He struggles to manage or develop players with talent outside his core strength. We are seeing this with how he managed Nwaneri and now Eze/ Gyokores, even though everyone agrees Odegaard hasn't done enough to justify a starting place.

I hope RDZ is intentional and gives him good minutes because I have no doubts.
