You are expected to keep your account active and trade up to $40 each month to avoid paying any interest.

Looking at the brighter side, the maximum current charge is $3, so you must have scored some point which reduced your charge to $2. This charge is still highly reasonable compared to minimum of $0.75 or 1.5% from Trove. I would have comment on chaka too, there charge is 1.5% too but will come down down to 1% if you trade up to $50 on a month. But Chaka technically speaking at the moment is a bad trading platform, you cannot use the platform to monitor your account performance.

So[b], in conclusion VEST is a good deal[/b], You trade up $40 per month and you achieve the zero commission status. Unfortunately for someone like me. I only received notice telling me how many points I have made for the month to achieve Zero commission, so I have not followed up on them charging any commission since I always exceed the minimum point to escape any commission charge.

no be small thing I noticed some funny deductions in my balance since 2 months now. And one rarely gets a notification male for this transaction. I was debited 3 dollars today without prior notice

They are sending the notification in the app, which I rarely check there. We will notice if to say the notification is sent via email.

On a day like this, we just have 2 main options:
- take some profits
- stay away grom buying anything (yes, buying the metals that will shoot up os risky too, as early buyers are likey to start taking profits from tommorrow or even later today

Pls how long does it take for transfer to vest account to reflect in vest balance. I used the flutter wave option. But It hasn't reflected since yesterday.
It's my first time of using the app.
Also, is there going to be a transfer charge that will be deducted from the transferred amount?

The money will be available for trading today. Though their maximum time is 3days.
The fund will reflect as usd. So they use their own rate to do the conversion.

Where are we puting our money today?

US MARKET NOT A BAD ONE TODAY/ LOCAL PLATFORMS NEED A LONG WAY TO GO
Despite the on going FOMC meeting. NASDAQ is up.

With my experience in this Global market, recently I have seen that following the news can be one of our greatest undoing. We would be better if we follow trends, especially if we back it up with sector rotation.

Our local platforms seems not well positioned for Global stock trading. Everything about them is just wrong
In Vest, O can sell a stock, use the proceed grom that selling yo buy another stock all completed with one minute or 2. I tried same on Trove and it became like rocket science. I sold a stock, for the proceed to drop and use it to buy another stock. I had to wait for 5 minutes or more. No wonder for like 3 trading days I have never opened "Trove" platform. Whereas on Vest every trading day is action time. I look forward to each day with enthusiasm.

Conclusion is that " our local platforms needs a lot of improvement or they should leave the 'Global stock trading" for the foreign firms!!! I just saw that " Trove" has bought a Nigerian Stockbroker, good for them, but attracting quality Customers will be the issue. Any Stockbroker that will take my local stock trading transactions away from UCAP and Morgan Capital need to do a lot of hard work!!!

GLOBAL STOCKS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS
Market can sometimes be scary, especially when we are close yo a reversal zone? We may not know if the reversal will happen or not.

Do today we are taking profits or staying on the sideline. Let is see who will be the next Fed Chairman!!!
