You don’t know western dynamics!

When most of them stop playing football, those houses will be sold off. They can only run it because they still active.

Housing is one of the biggest liability in the west. It will keep taxing you till you hit the grave. If you lucky to live in some areas, they stop the tax at 60-65 years old. Whoever inherits continues.

Moral of the story, you will never own it and keep paying. Default, and it’s gone! Wolves in the game readily waiting for you default.

It is absolutely mind-blowing to see these price tags! The architecture is stunning, but I can only imagine what the maintenance and utility bills must look like for properties of this scale. It really puts into perspective the lifestyle of the ultra-wealthy.
