Something that is as clear as daylight (even to the blind). An average Naija lady even with a decent job still solicit for money from guys all in the name of being in a relationship with them.

What's really going on? Young women are now renting houses and apartments more than guys. Is this the new trend?

There is a new house close to me here. Pop blast and full option. But the people the agents keep bringing are majority young women. Even on social media young women are now renting houses fully furnished. Is this the new trend? What does the future hold for these woman? And how will they maintain it on the long run? We are talking of apartments running into millions.

Many are under pressures as social media is promoting the trends


We have left the blackberry and iPhone era. It's now apartment that's fully furnished.

Since you are guys are sure it is married men paying their rent. Maybe these men should focus more on their families because I don't understand how you go 50-50 with your wives, only to give your spare to sidechicks.

Sure, when men are looking for 50/50, becoming lazy because they are becoming too greedy, more women are tapping into their masculine side to give themselves the comfort men use to taunt them. In my compound, we are 13 with only 2 male neighbours others are 2 married couples and 8 single ladies of both young, and divorced mums like myself too.

I am a Nigerian man and I must say Nigerian guys generally need to do and think better. It is not the 1950’s, ladies are working, earning even more than men, funding most households; I stand on this. Of course, some will be funded by men but way more are working and earning high level pays. Let us all quickly grow up, besides, mind your business.
