If govt is not doing well, some ill people will lament & complain, rant all through 24hrs. Now Govt is trying to revive the economy & are doing well. They will still complain. A lot of people especially those gullible ones believing statistics man will do magic need to be locked up In a large confinement that can accommodate dem all, so dey continue their madness within each other and leave the rest that are sane, so they don't contaminate others. The refinery was working then thou but he wang them to manage it which OBJ and Atiku later mismanged it and got it destroyed. PDP enjoyed oil boom but did nothing with it. Nigeria was already sitting on gun powder qhen APC entered but to God be rge glory, investors are coming back gradually .

But where is Bonga in South West?

Bonga is an offshore oil field in the Gulf of Guinea. It is not in the south west and doesn’t fall into any state using the 200 nautical miles rule. However, if you want to know the closest onshore states, that should be Bayelsa and Rivers. We are already producing crude from Bonga north, Bonga south west with about 6billion crude oil reserves is now about to be explored.

That is massive..

Do you have the money to finance oil exploration in the Bonga oil fields? If we can’t get them to make this huge investment, how will we be able to explore the oil in the Bonga fields? Do we have any bank or MDA that can invest $20billion over a ten years period in Nigeria?
