Pls do you have idea of net pay condition of their level 9 staff? Me I just want to weigh the options if their expectation worth it

I can’t say unless I get a payslip of a level 9 LASG staff. Did you receive the offer letter as well?

I only saw info about the offer on another platform but I couldn't confirm as the person that dropped the info wasn't sounding sure. I am also as expectant as you are.
But it will be very unfair if they don't communicate everyone irrespective of the outcome considering the time and effort people put into the recruitment process thus far. Who knows if they've sent the offer to all cadres of applicants....but there's no contact to call to confirm

Thank you for this feedback. The only available means of contact is the attached mail. And can you please share us the link to the platform. I should still be hopeful offer letters have not been sent or it’s in batches.

Guys! It’s true o. They’ve sent offer letter mails to people since December 31st. Someone shared the mail write up with me on Facebook.

I am also surprised but the guy that informed me said he applied as Production officer or something and he received offer letter mail with the below information:

Dear Your name ,

We thank you for participating in the various screening stages for the Lagos Water Corporation (LWC) 2025 Recruitment Exercise.

We are pleased to offer you a position as (…..…..............) in the Lagos Water Corporation.

In the coming weeks, we will contact you for documentation and other pre-employment processes, after which we will send you our letter of employment. In the meantime, please accept this e-mail as notification of our provisional offer of employment.

Congratulations! We look forward to having you on board.

He removed all personal information in the mail. Probably they only reached out to the production officers first.

I don’t even know but I pray and wish it’s only his role that has been reached out to. I don’t even know who to ask or confirm from.

Guys, it's true they've sent out mails to the selected candidates. It not only for the Production Officer but also for other positions. It's the provisional offer of employment. They asked us to either accept or reject it so that they can move on to the next stage of documentation and the rest.
I heard that they will still send mails to second batch of the selected candidates. Once you've done the oral interview, you should be expecting your mail.

After the final stages of Lagos state 2026 budget yesterday, I believe almost everyone has received email of collection of employment letter this morning.

How will they come and collect it. I read on a platform that their salary is ridiculous. Good luck to their new staff and wish them fruitful service
